Dr. Robert N. Gates, MD

Dr Gates is an amazing physician. He is always caring and concerned about your overall health. However, he also cares about what is going on in your personal life with family, work, etc. He is so easy to talk to and he is an active listener.

Dr. Gates was kind and patient and very thorough. Although he is not my regular doctor, he was aware of my medical situation and made me feel very at ease. He explained things in a way that was understandable and I appreciated that.

After waiting to be seen 1 hour, I was whisked back to the examination room. Dr Gates was thorough and professional as usual. I also had a difficult time getting my Physical scheduled. I was given different information by different schedulers for Dr. Gates, and actually was told by one scheduler to arrive at the lab 3 days prior to my Physical to do my lab work, only to be told I wasn't supposed to be there by a different scheduler and to wait until I returned on March 14th for my lab work.

I am very pleased with the care I get from Eagle Physicians, particularly my doctor, Dr. Robert N. Gates. I find him to be a very caring doctor and I believe he does what is best for me. I would and have recommended him. Sometimes the wait is a LITTLE long but not for the most part. When it happens on those occasions, I have a book or magazine to read. It is to be expected SOMETIMES.

Dr. Gates is very caring and understanding of your needs. He makes you feel comfortable talks to you about what ever problems you are having. He is the best!
