I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit stress-free. The building itself is new, clean, and very comfortable. My wait time was minimal, and everything felt smooth and efficient from start to finish. I feel so fortunate to have access to such excellent health care in such a great facility. Highly recommend!

An elderly man was trying to use vending area 1st floor. The machines only take cards. He only had cash. I felt bad for him. I know technology is moving to cashless but there are people without access to cards. Also the check- in person at 2nd floor had dance/pop music playing at a level that it was hard for me to pay attention to what she was asking me. It wasn't very professional.
You can never get anyone on the phone. Held forever, finally did the "callback option". No one ever called me back. Called the next day, decided to just stay on hold. Held forever 15 minutes. Finally hung up. PLEASE STAFF YOUR PHONES!!!
Big as this place is, they only have one person to help with a wheelchair. That's crazy smh. Never seen a building this big with bathrooms miles apart. And the doc canceled same day and marked on my mychart that patient missed appt. They didn't say office called and canceled. Nothing is never a doctor's fault smh ***if I call, you guys can't change it anyway so I'll just go less as possible if I can
