What a great practice. This month was my year anniversary from my heart attack and I needed to see them. Nurse Teresa N told me the first available with Dr. Hochrein would be October.. She also said I could see a PA and I ask for Callie Goodrich and she found me an August appointment.. That was awesome of her to be dedicated to do her best for the patient. Thank you Nurse Teresa N you're the best!!

I came here to be heard and was automatically given quite the opposite. Doctor Mary Branch has no compassion for patients concerns and questions/statements. The lack of empathy and arrogant attitude made me never want to step foot in that office again. I've never met a doctor who made me feel so small. If you are looking for a doctors office that is educational and compassionate choose else where! As far as the front desk staff and nurse they were great.

If you are looking for doctor who will listen to you, DO NOT go see Dr. Mary Branch. I guess in med school they taught her how to tell someone if THEIR pain is severe or not. I came to this office after experiencing heart palpitations as well as other symptoms. I explained to her my experience with painful blood pooling and painful poor circulation in my hands and feet. I shared with her how I have extreme and constant thirst. She told me that my symptoms actually weren't painful they were just bothersome. Then told me to just DRINK MORE WATER. She was satisfied with the fact that I didn't have heart disease, and seems set in the idea that no heart disease means a healthy body overall. She sent me home with a conclusion sheet that said nothing about the appointment. Literally. It said NO CHANGES. I would search elsewhere for your care.

I am leaving two stars only because the staff was awesome. From check in to checkout the staff was friendly and the nurse I had Jazz was nice to me.... The issue was the Doctor Mary Branch.... I realize she went to school for her profession however her degree didn't help her in learning how to treat people and she needs major work in that area. This was my first visit and just two days prior my family had to call the ambulance for me. I'm extremely worried about what's going on. Everytime I tried to tell her what has been going on with me she shut me down. And once flat out said to me I don't know why. I realize no test have been done yet and she may not know what is wrong with me however she could have cared less about me as a patient. Not just a patient... Her patient. Apparently I must have been consuming her time that she would much rather spend elsewhere. I have not had a spell in two days but the way she acted towards me upset me so much I had to sit in the parking deck with chest pains try to breath my way through and calm myself down. I drove 30 miles home fight for air and chest pains with my vision blurred due to getting upset at her office. She would know I'm having these server attacks has she taken a moment to actually listen to why I was sent to her in the first place. I did ask the checkout receptionist to make my follow up visit with another doctor at the facility. If I had my choice I would find another facility due to this doctor's treatment in her office. I have never had a doctor be so rude and heartless to me. Not only am I leaving this review I will also call cone health because while I don't mind paying for my visit I have an issue paying for that doctor's fees because all she did for me is cause me chest pains and a spell to hit me that I have managed to try and stay calm to avoid. If you have a visit with Mary Branch I highly advise you to ask for a different doctor

I don't normally leave reviews. However, this is one time I feel I should. At my last appointment in November things seemed to go off the rails. When I checked in I was told to sit on one side of the waiting room. Turns out I should have been on the other side. No biggie. I was called back 15 minutes after my appt time. Again, no biggie. Here's where we go south. After a blood pressure check and a 3 minute hookup for am ekg the cna was done. 67 minutes wet by before Dr Harding came in. We went thru the normal 10 minutes of checks and discussions. Finally as dr Harding was bringing things to a close I told him I had concerns about my weight gain This is the second time in 6 months i have brought this up. It was again brushed off and out the doc went. Yesterday I received a bill for $700. For what? To make things worse, it doesn't look like anyone bothered to file it to insurance. What is going on? Extreme wait times, followed by Dr's thay want to get in and out. Then get charged and exuberant about only to be ignored once again? On top of that my follow up notes only appeared after almost a month. There are better offices out there, even in cones Network. Don't think I'll go back.
