Bethany Medical at West Market

I went to my appointment and the doctor didn't call on all my meds. If you don't stay on top of the doctors you will not get your medication called in. I have been without my medicine 5 days. I've called and called and still no meds. I have been leaving messages and talking to employees and told them the meds I need and it's a waste of time. This is ridiculous! It's not like it's narcotics, but there are withdrawals from not having the meds. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Bethany medical. I can assure you it better not happen again. It's like they don't really care about their patients. I went to the doctor on a Thursday and today is Tuesday and still no meds. Do they not realize there are reasons we take the meds?

I have saw Barbara Goldman several times. She is my ongoing Doctor for pain management...She is very good at what she does. Very thorough, understanding, and very easy to talk to. Thank you Barbara Goldman for giving me a chance and working with me.

Unless you want to be talked about like a damn dog but the med aides as soon as they leave the room then I wouldn't recommend. Wait a whole hour just to go in the room and overhear the med aide talking crap because she was too incompetent to understand what I was saying. Ending up not getting the care and having to leave before I ended up doing something!

I was told to come back every 2 weeks. And when I show up early like I was told to do. Dr. McCoy acted like she didn't have time to see me. I've been without my medication for a week. This is wrong how she done me today. Sorry sorry Dr. And I don't think I'll waste my time with Bethany Medical much longer.

It's been a up and down road with Bethany medical but..... The women at the West Market location on 8/8/2025 at 3:30 pm are amazing. Having to be a walk in for some reason these ladies went above and beyond for me. Thank you! Just to make it clear they have two building at this location. I am talking about the location to the right when looking at the building. Thank you all.
