Patient
So, i brought my father to his doctors appt. Everytime I bring him, the receptionists are always rude and short spoken with my father, to the point that i had finally saw it for myself and stepped in to correct them. While in the waiting area, I observed four older white men and women come in and the receptionist began being short with them as well. However, i did notice that two african american males came in and the receptionists spoke very politely to them, asked them to have a seat and even brought them their paperwork to them to fill out. About 30 minutes passed and another african american female came in and the receptionists brought them their paperwork and were actually joking around with them. 5minutes later an elderly white female come in and the receptionists spoke very sternly towards her and were very short spoken with here, they asked her to have a seat affer supposedly checking her in and once she sat down, the receptionist asked her for her id and insurance, she sat down again and the receptionists told the woman to come back up and fill out some paperwork. Honestly, i know that Caucasians are the the only individuals you cant be racist toward, but damn.....it was pretty obvious. Whatever you do, be careful coming here, the staff obviously caters to a particular racial background.
