My Dr, Dr A is fabulous! However as a Veteran the office is not very keen on Vets. Twice appts cancelled by the office with the reason that the VA did not do their part on approval. Pump the BRAKES! I called to investigate only to find out Cape Fear Valley DID NOT DO THEIR PART. So Good to Great Drs, but CFV office needs attention. Period.

Should be 0 stars. Dr. Peracha should not be practicing. I've never met a more rude person in my life or a doctor with such a horrible bedside manner. But from the reviews I can see I'm not alone in this. You've got patients who are experiencing serious symptoms and are terrified of what could be wrong because of what they've seen family members go through...so instead of LISTENING and trying to make your patient feel calm and like they're being listened to...you just completely dismiss everything that's being said to you. I guess because you have an MD behind your name you feel like you can speak to people any way you please. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with him on a regular basis. What's sad is we've sent patients to this practice from where I work who need help. I can guarantee that won't happen again and I've already made sure of it. I don't EVER want ANY of our patients to ever feel like this doctor made me feel today.

I am just leaving my appointment and had to come leave a review. These woman in here are just the sweetest. They're so patient and attentive! My Doctor was a pleasure to talk to as well and I feel like I am in great hands.

I wouldn't give this place a 1, I would give them a 0!! I have never in my life been to a DOCTORS office that doesn't help their patients. Some of the nurses and doctors are zero help & always have attitudes. Why would you charge a patient $50 just to fill out their disability paperwork so they can receive the proper pay from their employer. When you drop the paperwork off to be filled out, come back and get it, they can't find the paperwork. Why not just fill out the paperwork while the patient is in office, instead of having to make another appointment. Just useless. I would never refer anybody to this establishment because they do not care about the needs of their patients they just want to get paid, pathetic. What they fail to realize is that anything can happen. They might need the same service & I hope they don't get treated the way that we have. So to stop with the back and forth, we decided to not get paid for a month from being out of work because the doctor refused to correct the paperwork we needed for my husbands disability pay. Most people can't afford to miss 1 day of pay & we missed 30 days of pay just because the doctor refused to correct HIS mistake.

The lack of bedside manner Dr. Muhammad Paracha, MD has is next to none. He don't care about his patients or their time. I was scheduled for a procedure, took the day off work, go in to have my procedure done and Dr looked over what needed to be done and refused to go through with it because insurance denied part of it, i said i would set up a payment plan but her still refused and told me he didn't know what to tell me while walking out the room. He didn't even have the audacity to come back and talk to me about the next step. I should add he was dressed in blue jeans and a shirt NOT prepared for any type of procedure so that goes to tell me he had already planned not to work on me. Maybe I dodged a bullet on this one. The nursing and office staff are wonderful. Unfortunately one bad fruit ruins it all.
