Dr Sumedha Dalvi, MD and her healthcare team are always eager to help provide excellent care with a friendly atmosphere. She has been the primary physician for my wife over the past couple decades and has always provided consistently 5 Star care. My wife ran into Dr. Dalvi at the Fort Bragg pharmacy while she was picking up her prescriptions, and Dr. Dalvi took the time to greet her, ask how she was doing and even allowed my wife to take a picture. My wife treasures the picture and shares it with all her family and friends, to say "Here's my Doctor". Dr. Dalvi kindness and excellent care extends beyond the medical clinic and brings joy to know a Medical Doctor who really cares about her patients. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sumedha Dalvi, MD and her husband Dr. Sanjiv Dalvi, MD and their medical team.

My first visit was with Dr. Sumedha Dalvi. She ordered me a full panel of labs which I needed. My second visit was with her husband to discuss my labs, since Dr Sumedha was in the NG. That's where things went downhill. After having my inicial assessment I waited 2 hours for him in the room, he forgot I was there. When I went to the checkout area to rescheduled with his wife, then he showed up. Even the staff was surprised to still see me in the office. To recap: he forgot I was in the room for 2 hrs, told me to stop taking some of my heart and diabetes medication without consulting with my Cardiologist and Endocrinologist first, he didn't discuss my labs and when I ask for a copy, he brought them out and started discusing them in the open. (Hello Hipa Law), sent me to get MRI's, x-rays and pain management that i didn't ask for, he didn't let me address any of my concerns and just keap talking without letting me talk. At the end I spent 4 hrs in that office for nothing. Worst experience ever with a Dr. I felt like he just wanted to get rid of me because of his fault making wait so long. But sure they will bill my insurance. Word of advice, if you go there be sure to go to Dr Sumedha Dalvi, not her husband.

My mother has been a patient for years and, up until about a year ago, everything was fine. Her last 2 appointments were supposed to be telehealth appointments and because she has dementia and I'm her caretaker, I took the day off work to be home for the appointment. Both times they never called to do the appointment. And he forgot she has dementia which has been well documented for years. I will be finding her another primary care doctor.

Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor. I have been attending this practice for a year or so hoping to get some help with my health. It is next to impossible to get a hold of them, let alone get an appointment. Then once I scheduled my appointment I would ask to have a pap, somehow we would never have time for that portion of the appointment. I tried to get a referral for that, and still no referral. If I could give them no stars I definitely would. Worst care I have ever received.

Doctors office? This was horrible. During my initial visit I thought nurse Ashley was Great super attentive. Little did I know I would.never see her again. I returned to this office due to suffering from severe migraines. I had to leave from work and get an injection to help relieve some pain. The doctor then suggested a different type of medication that would have to come from a speciality pharmacy. On Aug 4th 2017 I was given 3 prescriptions 2 of which she just upgraded the dose. I was told that my prescription for the specialty mess was sent in the same day as the others and would arrive in the mail. 2 weeks passed and I had not received the medication (for migraines) I called to the office and was put on hold of course (which is expected) I'd previously left a message for the nurse whom worked with e and stated she sent in the mess on Aug 4th along with the others. I received her voice mail so called back and was rudely told my the individual whom.anwsered the phone (she is on the floor) I quick gathered my thoughts because apparently the individual was having a bad day. I calmly explained my situation and stated it's been over 2 weeks and I don't have access to the medicine I need. NURSE Tameka answered the phone and again assures me the prescription was sent in. Needless to say we got to the 3rd week in August and Yes Still NO Meds...I ended up calling the Pharmacy in Raleigh (was told "its called josephs i dnt havr a number fpr them bu the nurse)...and was told they had nothing on file for me at all. (Are we serious? )...I called to inform the office of what had taken place and was told to come to the office to pick up the prescription (now I have to lose time at work). I arrive at the office and of course it isn't ready! I wait for them to locate a prescription that was suppose to be on file... (concerned because this can only.be mixed at a speciality pharmacy)...the individual who assisted stated she would send it off to the pharmacy. I politely said Thank you and left the building. I received my Meds on August 28th2017. (It has worked great thus far). I usually dnt leave reviews yet this was needed. If you dnt like your job Find Another one. "One bad apple can spoil a bunch". The hiring manager should look for individuals with basic people skills. While I understand that there are good and bad days yet at the end of the day it's your job to provide a service.
