Dr. Fadele seems to be cold and unkind, no bedside manners, he seems prejudice in my opinion of him, he treated my mother disrespectful and was dismissive to a person that's scared about that's going on with her heart. I wouldn't like my pet take medical advice from him. Hateful man! Zero stars!

This place is amazing!!! Dr. Siani is a great surgeon and does life changing procedures!!! It's one reason my life has changed for the better!!! Their staff is compassionate especially Arriana and Tien their Ultrasound Techs. The diagnostic staff member at the front desk Alisha was friendly and fast to help schedule. Jessica listens to your concerns over the phone and in person and schedules procedures. Dr. Frank Fedele and his colleague reviewed my medication and considered options during a recent follow-up. Nakiya helped to administer an EKG and was pleasant and professional. This is one of the very best medical offices in Cumberland County. Go here if you want to improve your quality of life!!!
The professional staff needs to improve their communication. My husband came in for a stress test. His appointment was set for 10am. It's now 12:49 and they just got him the back. No communication I ration from the front office. When he went up to reschedule, the tech comes out to get him. Her face is tense and her body language is showing annoyance. People mend to realize that the patients have other things to do in the day than just sit here and mark time. Do better is all I ask.
I am a USAF Veteran, this is my first visit to Carolina Heart & Leg Center. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service of each representative. Dr Saini, is so professional and he pleasantly make you feel at ease. His personality and the ease of conversation makes you feel, you are in "GOOD HANDS".
