We were five days admitted with our son. Staff was very nice, they checked on him regularly and they took good care of us. They cared about our son and our needs. We would have liked to be able to walk a little with our son, since we were only able to stay in a little portion of the hallway. The food is always the same, so that was boring for my son.
The lady who works in the back Tiffany or Melissa I think her name is. She handles all the paperwork for Dr. Mac is a horrible, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, person. I called to get the grievance number and she refused to give it to me. She just kept saying you can call my supervisor, talk with my supervisor. I'm looking for some place else. This lady by herself has tarnish this place. Of course she lied during the investigation and nothing happen to the lady.
I'm a health care professional myself and I'm sorry the staff is just rude here and belittling. They have a power trip because they control what can and can't be done. Dr Sharma just comes in looks at my child, doesn't any anything in response to my concerns, but then tells me what she is and isn't going to do and completely ignores the main reason I brought my child in there to begin with. The staff isn't even knowledgeable in the test they run. I inquired if they were doing a regular flu/covid swab or the biofire swab and the lady looked confused. Biofire test for more. I have never left here and felt good about my child's visit. We will be searching for a new pediatrician.
I had a great experience for my son's first appointment. Front desk and other staff are very friendly. Dr Sharma is very knowledgeable and I trust her to tell me what is best for my baby boy.
I can't even schedule my child for a sick visit or well visit. Every time I call to schedule they always said oh we don't have enough doctors oh we don't have enough nurses. Every time I call they tell me to take my child to urgent care. What's the point of having a pediatrician? The only reason my baby had the appointment last time was because I threatened to speak to the office manager. And this time she was rescheduled twice. I work in healthcare WE don't turn away our patients!
