UNC Cardiology at Eden

Every time that i have been there, everyone are super nice, helpful, and go beyond to find out answers to my questions, if they don't know the answer. I never have to wait long. The doctor comes in and is concerned about how i have been and what's been going on the past year since i have seen them.

I have been seeing Dr. Assar of UNC Cardiology in Eden NC. He and his staff have been very kind, courteous, and professional! When I need to ask a question or call for a prescription refill, someone is always available to answer my questions and needs. I had previously been treated at Cone Heart Center and experienced terrible communication with their staff. The doctor was great, but I needed a practice that I could call and someone would talk to me! I am very thankful to have Dr. Assar as my cardiologist. he always listens to my concerns and handles the situation with kindness and a professional manner!

. Due to my critical issue, you would think they would be more friendly, patient, and passionate. The worst distasteful experience I ever had. Every time i call or come in they treat me like i am a bother. Ever time i come in , i leave crying. The doctor i saw on 9/7 was very rude and impatient. I pray i can find a office that loves all people and treat everyone fairly and equal.

Honestly the worst experience ever, waited a month for an appt and was in the er a week before this. just to be told I showed up late, i was 15 minutes early and take one medication I was behind a lady who took a while to check in, I'm 26 years old. And they said they couldn't see me because they have to review my medication which is one pill. No one in the waiting room, and can't even be seen after waiting forever for an appt. and had the biggest attitude by the front staff. Will be going somewhere else in the future. Not even worth my time.

I was severely misdiagnosed and pretty much laughed at. I got a second opinion from Cone Cardiology on Battleground and was diagnosed with PoTs and chronic neurological issues Post COVID, but it's anxiety, right? don't waste your time...go to Cone. Including a picture of my diagnosis after I was basically laughed at here and told to get my anxiety under control. Turns out I was right. Do better and listen to your patients more. The proper testing wasn't even done to rule out PoTs .
