I bought my sister here (who has already had 11 heart attacks). The front desk clerks are very unsupportive. Upon entering the office I noticed it was basically empty except for the three clerks. No one acknowledged me while standing at the front desk. When I asked if someone could help me, I was told to wait a minute. I stood for a minute then walked out.
