I can't report on Dr. McRees work at Atrium but I can certainly report on his work for my wife and me. In 2021, I was diagnosed with Aortic stenosis and was in a severely weakened state. Dr. McRee performed the TAVR procedure in Mobile, Alabama (he was with Cardiology Associates). One year later, my wife had a heart murmur and we went to see Dr. McRee. After looking at my wife for a little bit, he looked at me and said "David, she has the same thing you had." Dr. McRee performed the TAVR on my wife and saved her life as he had done for me. I wish Dr. McRee was still in Mobile, but I guarantee every patient at Atrium that has the opportunity to have an appointment with him will meet an absolute genius of a surgeon.
