Dr. Friedinger and his staff are all awesome from starting at the check in process, until you see the doctor. I have been a patient of Dr.Friedinger for years, with surgeries included and could not image getting better care anywhere else. His bed side manner and knowledge are the best hands down. No complaints after either of my surgeries as well.

My husband came in to see Dr. Marc Ward about his shoulders. He's getting cortisone shots for now, and it seems to help a lot. We like the fact that Marc Ward is letting my husband make the decision whether or not to have surgery. He's not rushing him, and the shots seem to be working good at this time. The entire staff has been very helpful and polite when we come in. If you have any ortho pain, this is the place to come. They also took care of 2 total knee replacements and my husband is doing fantastic. He says he never regretted it at all.

My uncle was referred here, but it has been nothing but problems from the start. Reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible -- it can take up to three days to get a call answered. When we finally do reach someone, we're told, "Oh, someone is always here, so just keep calling." That's not an acceptable solution. The one visit he did manage to have with Travis was even worse. He came home in such severe pain that he couldn't get out of bed without help for three days. Then came the insurance confusion. We contacted his insurance provider, who confirmed they've never had an issue referring patients to this office. However, the office insists they do not take his insurance. We drove 30 minutes to his second appointment only to be turned away at the door -- something they could have easily told us with a quick phone call between his last visit and this one.
