I see Dr. Soo Hyun Kim periodically as she is a world expert in fibromuscular dysplasia and is a cardiologist specializing in women's cardiology. Of course, she and her office are very knowledgeable and impeccably professional, as one would expect from a physician at this level in her profession. In addition to all of that, she is also very approachable, warm and caring. Her staff are terrific as well. I've had appointments several times and each time have come away impressed. The first time I was there I received confirmation of a somewhat surprising and daunting diagnosis, but she and the staff gave me information, encouragement and hope. The last time I visited, I needed an imaging test followed by an appointment with Dr. Kim three hours later. We live about a 90-minute drive away, so when I was done with the imaging, I asked if it would be possible to work me in any earlier so that we wouldn't have to wait so long and then drive home. Within minutes, they'd called me into the examining room, and I saw her a little later. Not everyone would be flexible enough to do that. The facility itself is beautiful and parking is easy. The times I have called or emailed questions, someone gets back to me quickly. I recommend Dr. Kim unreservedly.
