Dr. Ohmstede and his staff were truly just amazing. They are kind, patient, informative and very understanding. From the moment we arrived until we left, we received exceptional care. Dr Ohmstede and his team made sure to explain every single thing to us in ways that we could understand and answered every question we had. We didn't feel rushed or as though we were taking too much of their time. I really felt like we were all that mattered during our visit there which I appreciated. I am so glad we are in their care and feel confident that we are getting the best of the best.

Given the unique nature to the purpose of our visit there was some apprehension felt prior to the appointment. However, from the parking garage to the examination room (and all along the way) we were met with kindness from everyone with whom we interacted. Once inside the building we were provided with specific directions using the appropriate elevators to get to where we needed to go. The fact that anyone noticed our fumbling with the digital directory was surprising enough. Let alone being offered directions. Upon arriving into the office/waiting area, again we were greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. That goes a long way for new pediatric patients and their families. Courteous staff prepared us for the exam and by the time Dr. Hammill arrived all the anxiety diminished. During our experience and at many points along the way we received treatment as if we were their only patients. Unbelievable. The physician and staff put on a show but I imagine it was business as usual for them. I applaud them for creating an environment in which the focus is all about the patient. There's simply nothing more a parent desires from a medical perspective.

Visiting a new doctor can be stressful, especially being new to a city however this place was heaven sent! My 5 yr old daughter and I had the most PLEASANT experience with Dr. Brothers. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and was engaging with my daughter and I. Heck, I knew we were in good hands when I heard him humming the Team Umizoomi theme song, like all the way THROUGH! Awesome assistants from the time we walked in until that very last goodbye. Bottom line, your child will be cared for here. God Bless your choice and your child.

Dr Brothers is such a sweetheart! He's very informative and very caring and kind. He makes our dr visit comfortably. He makes us feel priority! He and his staff does absolutely an amazing job! Very professional and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!

I had to carry my kid into the building because there were no available wheelchairs. He could barely move and there was absolutely NO sense of urgency. The only reason I gave three stars was because most of the staff was nice and the doctor was nice.
