I want to say that Dr. Dabhadkar at Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute alongside his entire staff, are always very supportive and professional at all times. I never leave feeling my questions were not answered fully to my knowledge. I know for a fact he cares about me as a patient and does everything to make sure my health care needs are met!

Dr Kalra was extremely nice and attentive. He answered all of my questions. His nurse was impatient and caught rolling her eyes by my daughter as I was slow using a walker. In the exam room she had zero personality and hurried as she did my EKG.

Dr. Kalra always takes time to listen to my dad's funny stories, pats his back/ hand, and makes him feel cared for and heard. At 79, no one really does that, so good job guys. Plus, he's doing better than ever. Novant's slogan, "You deserve remarkable. Expect remarkable." NAILED IT.

Pure Friendliness, Professionalism and Great Compassion from the moment we checked in until the time we checked out and made follow up appt. Our nurse was extremely caring and friendly. Doctor was very friendly and he also remembered my father from his hospital stay in January, 2022. That was epic! An awesome office full of caring people! Thanks!

My perceived racist experience at this office on 6/4/2024. My appointment was set earlier that morning for 2pm by someone from the Novant Team. I explained that I may be there a little after 2pm because of a meeting, the rep stated that's fine as they usually allow abt 15 minutes until the appointment would need to be reschedule. I get there at 2:12pm..the front desk checked me in no problem. The CNA was wonderful, called me back into the office and took vitals and explained that the Nurse Practioner would be in shortly. About 2minutes later this lady walks in and has a scowl on her face like I stole something from her. She immediately starts scolding me about being late. She stated that she had the right to refuse service because I was late. I explained to her that I mentioned that I may be running behind to the appointment setter and that the front desk clerk checked me in...If that was a problem that should've been handled with them..at that point I felt uncomfortable as a patient because to me, if my life were on the line it's obvious how this woman would handle the situation. If she felt that she had the power to cancel my visit then she should have, but to come in the office scold me like I'm some 12yr old and expect me to let her examine me like I would trust anything she had to say is absurd. I will begin my complaint journey up the chain of command today.
