I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Valencia! From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with open arms and a comforting spirit that immediately put me at ease. Her professionalism was evident throughout my visit, and she kept me laughing and smiling the entire time, even while I was on the treadmill. What truly stood out was how she took the time to come out and greet my family, making them feel just as welcomed as I felt. Valencia's warm personality and genuine care for her clients make her the perfect choice for this role. I can't thank her enough for making my visit so enjoyable! Highly recommend!

I was seeing Dr Zubairu but decided to leave Novant to get a more experienced doctor. My case was complex and I didn't think he had the skill or knowledge to help me. I am glad I did because my new cardiologist found a additional blockage that saved my life. I was in the hospital 3 times with chest pains and stiffness in both of my arms. Dr Zubairu treated me like I was a symptomatic patient. My wife is a critical care nurse and I worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine for 20 years in the cardiovascular clinic. We both knew something wasn't right. Listen to your body get a second opinion because some doctors have more experience than others. I am happy with my new doctor and will not seek treatment from this practice again.

Just wanted to share my experience with Alexandra R. Ginn, PA-C appointment. She was very kind, attentive and explained my health situation in easy to understand terms. I did not feel hurried and was able to ask all the questions I needed. The facility was very clean and the front office staff were friendly.

I was initially referred by my Cardiologist. Did some online research before choosing the EP team at Novant Heart & Vascular. Glad I did as my care was amazing. From Drs Greif and Kambur to the entire care team, including the ER nurses. Diagnosing a rhythm issue can be tricky but they were exceptional, thorough, and persistent. I would highly recommend.

The PA with Jonathan Brown's office was exceptional. He was patient, kind and took his time explaining about my health. This was my second time seeing him and he has the best manner in a physician that I've ever encountered.
