Dr. Rinaldi was on time, familiar with my medical chart and a recent heart issue that required admission to the ER at Cone Health in Greensboro. He recommended adjustments in my medication. He clearly explained the results of my Echocardiogram, noted that my tricuspid valve repair continued to be stable with moderate regurgitation. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk with and patient with my questions.

Dr. Ronaldo was excellent. He was very patient with my 93 yr old mother and explained every process extremely well.

First and only visit to Dr. Rinaldi. I found him to be engaged and attentive to my health conditions - not just my immediate need that was the reason for my appointment. He impressed me to likely truly care about treatment consequences of the whole - perhaps he sees the trees and the forest.

The best and also in his field nationwide. He is everything I could have ever hoped for. One of the best and comforting was to explain what was needed and what the plan for treatment that was recommended to solve the problem. Second need 9 months later said Ed I don't think we should do this procedure based on factors he again explained. I felt comfortable and knew he is not a knife happy doctor. He is the best in his field for the Watchman and would tell anyone to go to him knowing you are in good hands.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visits with Dr. Rinaldi were for my husband. He always explains things so that you understand and answers questions in layman language. And after performing procedures seeks family out to update them.
