Very professional & good communicator. Also quick to respond to MyChart questions I had post my visit. New doctor for me...really like him!

It was my first visit. He had read my record, asked appropriate questions, listened to my concerns and, mututallu, we walked througha treatment plan. Very pleased. My only complaint is having to wait almost two months to have a pacmaker installed. I'm ready now.

I took my 97 year old dad to Dr. Thompson when we were told he needed a pacemaker. His pulse was running in the 30s and he was fainting at least once a day. When I called and told the receptionist what was going on she was able to move dad's appointment from a month away to the next morning. Dr. Thompson has a very relaxed bedside manner, very confident without being arrogant. He explained things well and understood that we couldn't wait or Dad wasn't going to be around. He got us in three days later. Protocol is to stay in the hospital over night but because my dad gets bad hospital delirium Dr. Thompson deferred to us and let us take him home.I would highly recommend Dr. Thompson. Our experience with him and his office has been positive from start to finish!

I appreciated the time that Dr Thompson spent to make sure that I understood the procedure. He showed interest and concern for the opportunity to be able to share in my care.

Doctor Thompson and his staff were courteous, respectful, and professional in my case. Thompson's conversation with me provided both good information, and relief for my wife, who was also present. I am grateful for the experience. Frank Hinson
