I'm not sure if it's in his nurse or colleague but right before my appointment has called and asked what I will be needing to be seen . I am my tonic muscular type one in my neurologist and my primary care doctor referred me to find a cardiologist closer than I was seeing Dr. Fredlander in Lumberton. I spelled out the medicine to this lady four times and she kept interrupting me and eventually she hung You don't need to be seen.Mexiline Is what my neurologist is wanting me to discuss with the cardiologist and make sure everything is safe on top of. I've been having sharp chest pains that's been going on for about four months.. my work up was the doctor was over a year ago, but she was adamant to make me feel feel as if I am faking my health issues. This was the pineville location and to the Lady with a strong southern accent who hung up on me I hope you are never treated the way you treated me today over the phoneStop at 12:46 on this Monday 11-24-25

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr Bracken. He was kind and took his time explaining my situation. I would recommend Dr Bracken.

Dr. Bracken was ok. Nurse on other hand was suspect. It appeared she didn't know how to properly take someone's pressure. She told me my pressure was 116/80. After my visit with Dr. Bracken, he said my pressure was 160/90 and when she took my pressure again, it was 96/60. Meanwhile pressure cup never squeezed my arm. Left there confused.

Great visit! Everyone from reception to Dr. Bracken were attentive and caring. They went above and beyond to assist.

Nurses and staff very friendly. I was taken in to see Dr, Bracken exactly at my appt. time. Dr. Bracken is very thorough and takes his time to really listen to your concerns. I did not feel rushed in any way. Very pleasant experience.
