I am truly disappointed in this office. We called to schedule an appointment and received sarcasm and attitude from the receptionist Alicia. Our Dr. stated they had confirmation our referral was received days ago yet Alicia said she would not check again because she already checked once. When I asked if they could call me since upon receipt since the referral had been sent twice she said I would eventually get a call and could check back in another week. It has been two weeks already. If you have concerns regarding your child's heart you want direction, compassion, empathy not rude customer service. We have asked our doctor to send a referral to Duke as we wouldn't trust an office with such a cavalier approach with our child.
