Valley Medical Group - Cardiology, Ridgewood (GSC)

I like Dr. Bogush, but the person I had to deal with in regard to my Rx was not good. I wonder if she even talks to Dr. Bogush???

Made an appointment with their cardiologist, Dennis Reison, two months in advance. Less than a week before the appointment I received a text saying my appointment was canceled. That's it. Later I got an email saying that there was a conflict, and telling me to reschedule. Not even his secretary called to explain or apologize. Why telling me about the conflict only now? I'm withdrawing from that practice. I can't trust them.

If I could give zero I would. This practice is going to get sued when they kill someone with their continued negligence. From cancelling every appointment last minute to misdiagnosing patients to blatant disregard for continued care!! Keep copies of records and pictures of everything so when you or a loved one suffers Ill fate from them u have proof of their horrible care!!!

I have been treated at VMG Ridgewood for a year. They are very unprofessional making patients sit for 45 minutes in the waiting area and then another 40min in the examination room. And this is to see the Nurse Practitioner. The tests I've had at their diagnostic offices have been a nightmare as well. Getting stuck multiple times for. a contrast test and having to wait also. I can't understand how the greatest country in the world for medical services allows this type of organization to function and exist.

I have recently joined Valley Medical Health as a patient specifically with doctor Eugenia Kuo.I was pregnant at the time that I decided to see this doctor.I have had the worst experience ever.They didnt do ultrasound on me on my first visit,knowing that I hadn't had one in more than a month.I waited for weeks and weeks for lab results and I had to call myself each time to find out.They simply do not care about their patients.The wait time to see the doctor is super long and if you ever arrive late at your appointment even 10-15 minutes they tell you to reschedule.Worst experience that I dont wish upon anyone.D not come here. Ps:they have another location in Hackensack where the doctors dont even go.They schedule you with a doctor and when you get there they tell you the doctor had an emergency or the doctor is on vacation.
