It's always a nice visit to Dr. Shih's office, the reception girls are friendly and fun, never a lot of waiting and the doctor himself is always very pleasant, thorough, and gets right to the point.

Dr. Shih is an excellent cardiologist who is well educated with up to the minute information. He listens, explains and is empathetic. All of his staff are efficient, caring and helpful. Equipment is modern, office clean but building parking can be a nightmare with very limited handicap access because the building was a landmark historic site retrofitted for offices, stores and restaurants. Starbuck's uses too many spaces.
