Aileen is such an asset to Columbia doctor's. She went over my husband's medications thoroughly and answered any questions, along with guidance. Her exam was excellent. We feel so comfortable with her.

I was taken in 15 minutes early, and the friendly nurse promptly took my history and vital signs. Aileen Baino, FNB-BC, followed with a detailed review of my medical history and records. Her examination was thorough and professional. Dr. Hennessey then provided a clear and comprehensive explanation of my condition, along with my treatment options. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and approachable. Overall, I felt very well cared for by the entire team.

Aileen Bain's was excellent. She listened to my concerns and followed up with Dr. Chaudhry. I was advised to go to the hospital to ensure my blood work and an X-ray was recommended for my lungs. To rule out blood clots. (As I had been on 8 airplanes in 6 weeks). I did go to NYP in Bronxville and results were sent to their office. I was very pleased with Aileen Bain's bedside manner and my concern. She also conducted an EKG. I will be following up next week for an ultrasound of my heart & to see my scheduled appointment with Dr. Chaudhry.

My appointment with Ms. Baino was for a checkup after pacemaker battery replacement surgery 10 days before. The appointment was on time, she was very thorough and professional. She took care with the incision checkup, had adequate medical history and provided clear direction for complete recovery.
