I'm giving the three stars to Dr Breen only for being a caring doctor. The staff is stiff, unfriendly and all they do is chat at the front desk and practically ignore you. Other places greet you the minute you get there and have a smile on their face. So the staff gets zerostars! On a previous visit I had to have my check up and everyone that came after me was seen and I was still sitting there waiting for them to call me in, they squeezed me in because I didn't want to wait another 4 weeks to see him, he gets booked up very fast. After sitting there for a while, I got frustrated and went to ask what was taking so long. When I approached them at the front desk, they all looked at me like I had two heads. My sister who was with me saw how frustrated I was, I had to go outside. Needless to say I was stressed out and with good reason, so I refused to have my blood pressure taken by the person who called me in. My doctor told me I need to lose some weight, and it's hard to take them seriously when the person who calls you in is fat and practically obese! I'm not that much overweight! Are they kidding me?! He wanted to know why I didn't let her take my blood pressure. And why would I want it taken after I'd been waiting so long to see him and after all the stress I endured?!
