Trinity Medical Cardiology

Dr Al was very through with my consultation visit. However, I met with Anna for follow up and did not feel confident in my care. I requested multiple times for Dr Al to review. Finally I was able to speak with him and was satisfied. However, today I received a bill for $1,100 because he did not check if test was covered under my insurance.

I switched over to this cardiologist. Scheduling was pretty easy and flexible. The problem I have is not getting results in an adequate amount of time. It's been over a month and I do not have the results of my holter monitor. I have reached out a number of times and it's the same response.. they send the message to the doctor and hopefully we can get results to you soon. I don't think it's right making people wait this long.

Dr Eram Chaudhry is the best cardiologist in all of NY . She has changed offices, and we will follow her wherever she goes , we drive 35 minutes to see her . She has taken care of my 91 year old dad for many years and has such kindness and caring for senior citizens. She follows up and makes sure all questions are answered and he's happy. She did a stent and a heart valve replacement on him and was there before during and after surgery to put him at ease. It's very important to find a Dr who cares about patients, mostly seniors , one previous cardiologist we went to before Dr. Chaudry basically told my dad at his age to just go home, relax, and get his ducks in a row and spend time with his family because he was too frail and old to go through anything . I strongly believe Dr. Chaudry saved my dad's life and extended it so far and we she will always have our full loyalty and thanks.

I called at 9:00 a.m. and left two messages on two separate nurse extensions because I was suffering from a serious medical condition call A-fib. I again called around 1:00 p.m. to see if I can get any direction on what the doctor would like me to do.. Here it is 5:10 p.m. and nobody returned a call with no concerns at all.... It seems they don't take anything serious anymore.. I would absolutely not consider this place because it's impossible to get through!!! I'm so frustrated..

I would recommend this place to any and everybody they give the best bedside manner. They are very patient. They are very kind and I understand that people have bad experiences, but I have never had one. I've been going here for two years during the darkest time of my life
