"Mental health counselor" Dr. Menzel talks more about herself than she does listen, neglected to disclose that she was out-of-network when specifically asked, and actually bent over multiple times during sessions while wearing dresses where she exposed what was underneath. This provider would frequently print off google links (that I could've easily found myself for free), as part of her expensive sessions. Also, she complained to me that she doesn't like serving children when that's part of her job (since when is it professional for a LMHC to take up expensive session time complaining about her own problems??)) Now I need more therapy instead of less because of those sessions... save your self time and money and find a better LMHC!

Sat on hold for 45 mins asked for a call back on the option. Still haven't received a phone call back. NYS law is you have to provide someone with their medical records. Which is all I am asking for, For the love of god. Can someone return my calls. I've already left this practice because of how terrible they are. Strongly recommend never going here.

The staff are nice ,but it's so hard to get ahold of anyone for anything..I've been waiting 2 months for a referral to DENT for a sleep study. When I call DENT, they state that it's the office. I'm trying to find another office as we speak. Please do better !

This practice only cares about money and treats their patients awful. They lack common medical knowledge. Avoid if possible. Their front reception is always unavailable. So difficult to get anything done.
