This is my second review since I noticed the first didn't post! One of her staff members was very rude and short while trying to get a new medication for my Mom. She actually hung up the phone aggressively and probably didn't expect me to hear how she slammed the phone down mid sentence! Seems like there too many patients and not enough of a supporting staff to help the Doctors. It should never take 7 months for a test result report to be completed ,signed, and transferred to another Dr! Unacceptable by all means and the rude nurse or MA just pushed me over the edge!
