Dr. Ribbeck was excellent. She has a fantastic communication style that makes the medical jargon and vocabulary easy to understand. I especially appreciated the time she took in our meeting/exam - I never felt rushed, she made me feel like she had all the time needed to answer my questions and feel comfortable with her explanations (that is rare now a days). Finally, her follow up was also exceptional. It was delivered earlier than her due date, it included a consultation with a colleague on my case and best of all she delivered it in a personal phone call!
