I had a great experience here with Dr. Cipriano. He took my pain seriously and performed tests that other doctors had failed to perform. He ended up diagnosing me with something that ultimately required surgery. There is free parking for patients, there is a garage underground which you just need to have the ticket validated at the front desk. The front desk ladies are very accommodating and professional. Thanks to everybody.

Horrible office staff. Terrible phlebotomist Joseph he was angry and very rude. He hurt me so bad. He kept twisting the needle to the point where I had to scream Signed my name on the front desk sheet and sat down then I was asked to sign my name on the sheet by the lab and walk out to waiting room again. They keep forgetting we are patients and NOT just customers. Doctors are very nice but the from office staff is just plain horrible. Finally Miss Alex took my wife's blood without any issues. Northwell treat your patients better but it's all about money with you After 2 weeks of our blood drawing, we received NO calls of results. We physically went there, I was given a printout of my results and my husband got nothing. The next day a nurse called him with inconclusive results. He had the test again, no calls from them about results. Today he went in person and he was given a printout of the results. No one there to ask any questions regarding results. This is now A MONTH since the initial tests,. Nurses DO NOT call back with results, but they note on the computer that a call was made to patient. I guess I have to get in touch with the CEO.

People who schedule appointment over the phone are extremely rude and kept interrupting me while I tried to talk. They are also pretty impatient with spanish speaking patients and their interpreters, to say other thing than racist...

Very rude staff at the front desk. There is no need to treat your patients with a nasty attitude.

Her warm and patient approach, especially with my 65-year-old mother, is something I truly appreciate. She's diligent and goes the extra mile to assist with everything we need, always with a smile. Her care and professionalism make a real difference. We're grateful for her support and the kindness she shows every time!
