Dr. Latzman is great, accommodating and thorough. The clerical office staff is inflexible and not compassionate as should be in a medical practice. I had a critical need to see a cardiologist. I called and was told that since I had not been there in 6 yrs (thankfully) I was considered a new patient and had to wait to see Dr. Latzman next month due to the process involved for new patients. Maple Medical should reassess clerical staff and their processes of every situation being different and not a scripted process. Desk staff should be more caring, welcoming and flexible to patients.

Dr Latzman was the on call physician on 4/22 for my 93 year old mother's medical group. He was rude, disrespectful, unkind and he doesn't know how to speak to people with compassion or courtesy. I wouldn't recommend him, he is a disgrace
