Patient
Horrible service. receptionist (bigger woman with grey dreads) hates her job/ life and takes it out on everyone else. a hispanic lady put me in a room and told me to get off the table/ chair bc they forgot to change the paper from the previous patient. and the nurse, bald black man (didn't bother catching his name) is extremely rude and talks to you like a child. He walks into the room, that im in to take my blood pressure. no greeting. not a single word leaves his mouth. he sticks out the blood pressure cuff insinuating to put my arm in, and again, doesn't say a word. i stick my arm out and he takes my blood pressure. once that's done he leaves and AGAIN; SAYS NOTHING. he comes back to give me shot and ask questions regarding the questionnaire, i filled out in the waiting room. i put down i have anxiety that i haven't treated yet or checked out. bald man asked if i self diagnosed, which i did. he told me "do not to put that down on paper, if my doctor didn't tell me i was or wasn't given medication". fine. that's my mistake. i apologize. I had put down "not sure" for the high cholesterol question. my previous doctor visit; my doctor told me i had high cholesterol. i put "not sure" because i was NOT SURE if i still did. bald man made a problem out of it bc i wasn't given medication for it so i "don't have high cholesterol and shouldn't put it down on the paper". why have the "not sure" option then? like he said previously said "unless your doctor didn't tell you you have it, then don't put it" well my doctor DID and i WAS NOT SURE if i still did, so i put "not sure". he decided to lecture me about it causing problems in their system and with the doctor. i was visibly upset and just wanted to continue with my appointment so i told him to move on. he spoke horrible towards me and should reevaluate his career if he hates it so bad. ya need to do better. this is your job. you don't like it? find another job. maybe do a whole career change that doesn't involve people.
