Dr. D'costa is my PCP and is the sweetest doctor I have been to. She listens to everything so patiently and spends so much time addressing every concern. And to top of that, she has excellend bedside manner. She is so understanding and helpful. The girls who work in her office are also extremely sweet & helpful. Strongly strongly recommended.

Dr D' Costa is such an amazing physician. She also have such wondeful MA's in the office as well! I went in for my annual physical. I needed a new PCP! And the location is close to where I live and work! She was so warm, kind, and friendly! She did all my lab work, checkups and ekg! She called me with all my results as soon as they came back. Even the normal ones, she still followed up with me! She has such a wonderful bedside manner. I literally felt so comfortable at my appointment! I'm always afraid of Drs but she reassured me that everything will be okay. Her staff is so sweet and so hilarious omg! I was cracking up with them and they literally made my whole day! Even with my fear of needles, they also made sure I was okay!! Definitely Highly recommended!

This review is not for the doctor. I had a truly awful experience with a staff member who called to confirm my information. Not only did they ask me inappropriate and unnecessary questions, but they also spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner. It was clear they lacked professionalism and common courtesy, making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The whole interaction left me questioning whether this office values its patients at all. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to seek care somewhere where they are treated with respect.
