My review echoes the sentiment of the other poor reviews on WebMD and Google in that the office and its personnel are extremely unprofessional and rude. Any patient should be welcomed with respect, kindness, and appreciation for their business, but this office does not display any of those principles. The secretary does not answer the phone or return calls, their systems are antiquated, and billing takes no less than 6 months. I strongly encourage anyone doing research in finding a new primary care physician to look elsewhere as the negative reviews have been more than warranted.

The receptionist with the strong accent is the most unprofessional woman I have ever spoke to on the phone. Mind you I work for a doctor so I understand how frustrating it can be when you have to keep sending paperwork over and over again but when an employee from that office calls to ask for one part that never came through you shouldn't start yelling and saying you already sent it and that you sent it 100 times. I am beside myself on this phone call.

My parent's been seeing dr. Zak for years. The best dr. I ever met. He takes his time with his patients. He calls you when needed. And my parent's in there 80's. And still gives them the best care. He gets 10 stars from me. Diane. Hooper.

Been my primary for 25 years. He's the best. Very Very through. I was a drug rep for 30 years. I choose him to be my doctor.
