During his time at Nyack Hospital, Dr. Duane Bryan and Dr. Jared Corriel were on call on different days and provided exceptional care. I had to call to make a f/u appt for my dad. I tried calling many times. The one time I get to talk to someone on the phone, she cut me quick to say that her computer is printing something and she going to put me on hold. Waiting 30 minutes after the hold still no answer or apology for the wait or hold. At this point I might as well go directly to the office while I'm on hold with them to schedule an appt. See what excuse they got now. This is really a shame

I've been seeing Dr Bryan for 10 years, he's a great cardiologist however the office staff SUCKS. You cannot talk to anyone by phone and leave a message. They NEVER call you back. Even though dr Bryan is great my wife and I have move on to a different cardiologist!!

Horrible expierence. Had a CT scan 7 days ago, still no call from the MD. Results were on the portal the next day! Impossible to get through. Left a message with my name and number, as instructed.
They called my wife instead! Can you say HIPAA?
