I arrived about 15 minutes late due to traffic, and while I understand that can be frustrating, I was disappointed by how unfriendly the office staff and doctor were. The doctor also changed my initial appointment, which made the experience even more inconvenient. I'm thankful they still saw me, but a little kindness and understanding would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.
Even though the wait was bit long it was worth the wait. Dr.Leonichev was very professional and explained what testing she was ordering for me.she gave detailed explanation of what was going to be done.
The staff is wonderful. Dr. Leonechev treated me like she has known me for ears. I'm very comfortable with her as well as trusting that she has my best interest at heart!
I think she's wonderful. She takes time and clearly explains everything needed for your care. First visit, but I am going to stick with her because her natural approach to remedy is in alignment with my ideas. Absolutely adore her and her bedside manner.
The staff is friendly and willing to take the extra step if needed. The office is clean and smells great. Dr. Leonichev is amazing and i owe her my life to her, she easy to talk to and she really listens to me, she doesnt make me feel like I'm just another patient. I absolutely recommend Dr. Leonichev and her office. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and continue to do.
