I believe been only going here for about a year I love Dr. Raio And my husband who never went to Dr. started going to him and loves him also. All the staff in the front is excellent. I just have one problem is one girl young girl with long hair. I don't know What her problem is she's very cold never smiles, and when she gets you to come in the room, she doesn't even say hello like she definitely has problems. I don't know her name But somebody needs to have a talk with her. I don't know if she's Spanish or Asian, but whatever doesn't matter to me, but she needs an attitude adjustment for sure. The PAs are awesome. I have no complaints other than her.

Dr. Raio has been our family doctor for over 20 years. I find the office and staff to be caring and efficient. He is always there to listen and never feel rushed. Today I had an appointment with Rosann Milner, NP. I was so very pleased with her patience and caring demeanor. She was so thorough, kind and compassionate. Thank you Roseann (& Ursula) We highly recommend Dr. Raio and his staff!

My Enter family has been under Dr. Raoi's care for over 20 years. The care has seriously declined in quality. Recent experiences has been less than adequate. The lack of response when you call the office is unacceptable and when you do manage to get a call back, he is rude and abrupt. The lack of response and lack of patient care to address the medical concerns, is sub-par compared to years previously. The lack of participation from him and his office, in trying to manage the health care and concerns of several of my family members, is deplorable. His lack of care and failure to response, is blatant negligence and has put my family at great medical risk, so much so, we are filing a complaint with state of NY. as a family, we are moving our care to a more professional, responsive and communicative caring doctor. Giving a darn and providing sound medical advice and assistance speaks volumes and Dr. Raio has proven that he has lost his give a darn about doing any of those things. Would not recommend any longer.

I've been seeing Dr. Raio since he took over Dr. Ricci's office in 1998. He's caring, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all someone I trust. My entire family sees him and for good reason!

This was my first visit and it would definetely be the last. Unproffessional and very uncomfortable visit. He didn't even bother to call about my lab results and I had to follow up with another doctor in somewhere else. Waste of time, and money. Do not recommend.
