I'm extremely happy with switching to UHS cardiology at the Vestal location. Dr. Kondareddy is professional, kind, caring and thorough; I can say the same for the medical staff. The support staff is very good as well. I had a situation and the nurse was prompt in calling me back and I was seen the next day. Best of all, my medical records are under "one roof" which is very reassuring. Thank you Dr. Kondareddy and Sylvia for your care.

Love my cardiologist, Doctor Vitalles but his office UH S cardiology is the worst office in Broome County called for some prescriptions. The receptionist hung up on me. Had my primary doctor send a list of prescriptions over I needed got no response. Have had lots of trouble with this office over the years From not getting prescriptions to canceling appointments not being made. I would do anything I can to avoid this office and I have been going there for 15 years plus I guess it's time to look for a new one since I can't even get my prescriptions anymore and somehow they have Got UHS Patient Relations under their thumb because they wouldn't even acknowledge that I had a problem so I guess it's onto the New York State Department of health. Good luck if you go there.

I have serious heart and health issues. Since Ive moved back to ny this has been the place where I've gone to. Coming from a huge great hospital like DUKE,I can honestly say this little heart clinic has been a nice change. They're very proactive and informative. Coming from duke the city of medicine I thought at first that these would be people that would be a little outdated as far as what I'm used to. But they got me right in and told me they could give me a better pacemaker than what I had. I was surprised to say the least. I'm now in the waiting room waiting to do the consultation for what's next. Had a heart attack on 7-2-23. Released on 7-6-23. Supposed to be seen in one week, STILL waiting for an appointment as of 7-18-23. Not really sure who's in charge of this department but someone needs to look into the scheduling! Maybe a few calls from a lawyer might help get things moving. Millions of dollars in a new addition and yet no one can get an appointment. Smh.

We saw Dr. Shailesh for a follow-up for my daughter's heart issue. My daughter has severe social anxiety. She has difficulty speaking with new people and does not go out in public alone at all. Being touched also triggers severe anxiety, making medical procedures difficult. Dr. Shailesh was kind, respectful, gentle. Not at all condescending or dismissive. It was clear that he was trying hard to make sure she was comfortable throughout, and he spoke directly to her even though I often need to answer for her. I was very impressed with his manner and professionalism and am very grateful to find a doctor who is so understanding of mental health challenges. Thank you Dr. Shailesh.
