The nurse that did my vitals was absolutely amazing. She truly set the whole mood of the appointment. She was caring and positive and truly just amazing. Dr Feygin was extremely informative, he explained all side effects (even the scary ones) he spent a lot of time looking into prior notes from my hospital stay. He truly seemed to care and not just race you out the door like most Drs do now a days
Dr Feygin is extremely knowledgeable and conveys his insight in terms I understand. He listens well and delivers accurate timely advice. Im rather new to cardiology so worry creeps in. However I'm relieved after every visit. The office and support staff are always prepared, quick and efficient.
Dr Feygin is sometimes a little slow in keeping the appointment time, but he more than makes up for that minor shortcoming by his attentiveness when he is with his patients. The rest of the staff is very warm and accommodating almost all the time. Dr Feygin sorted out my cardiac problems very well.
Dr Feygin saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival and reviewed my medical information. He examined me and indicated he wanted one further test. I was able to schedule this test and set my next appointment while I was there. Staff were helpful and efficient as well.
Dr Feygin is busy and attentive and very friendly. Not everyone at front desk comes across as interested or friendly. Back staff is great- nurses etc.
