Visited this office for the first time, and the office staff was super efficient and friendly. Dr Papaleo listened to my concerns without interruption, which is always nice, and explained his point of view and suggested course of action, and also provided alternatives if I was interested. Very friendly and personable. It's also close to home, which is a bonus!
I've been at this practice a long time and have never had such a poor experience as I had yesterday. The provider was in the room less than 1 minute, never did a physical exam, was dismissive of a chief complaint I brought forward and never looked up from the document he was completing. I will be leaving this practice. I had heard their practice style had changed since merging with another for profit entity and unfortunately that concern was proven during my one minute visit with the provider who again never didn't a physical exam of any sort.
brief visit following echo cardiogram. I love Dr.Papaleos "matter of fact" attitude. I d also be remiss if I didn't include praise for the entire staff in the 1st Floor "procedure" department. Can't say enough about the young ladies who handle the nuclear stress test.
It was a quick visit to review my testing results. Not much of anything to comment on. It was my first visit with this doctor and he seemed nice.
I wish he would spend more than 5 minutes at my visit and discuss patients concerns. I know an office visit is 30 minutes at minimum. Been seen twice spends same amount of time both times. Going to change cardiologist
