The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when I got there with my mother. Dr. Zhang and his nurse answered each question we had with patience and we never felt rushed. The staff in the back was also very friendly and helpful when we were making the follow-up appointments.
Absolutely terrible service. Front desk staff and nurse were rude beyond belief. I witnessed them be rude and short with two disabled patients: one in a wheelchair and one who was deaf. As someone who works in healthcare, this not the way patients are supposed to be treated.
Worst worst practice I've ever been to 1 15 appointment still waiting to go into testing area finally got called rude staff is an understatement racial tension receptipnist was polite and tried to help. Dont put your health at risk find any other cardiac group
I've been an going to Dr. Beshara for years. He is an excellent Dr., very thourgh, very patient. I find his staff very helpful.
Dr. Zang and the nurses are very professional. The first desk clerks have been great.
