Green Randall MD

I met Dr Green in February of 2016. I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I was originally sent to another Dr to preform my surgery. However that Dr terrified me. My GP said to me that I was going to be operated on my Dr Green. The appointment was set. I went in there with great apprehension because of the last surgeon. After talking WITH my husband and myself I felt better, not great, just better. I said to him, that I was born in this hospital and I work in this hospital. I do NOT want to die in this hospital. He put his arms around me and promised me that, that wouldn't happen. I'm here today and in remission partly because of Dr Green. He's a amazing surgeon and a wonderful man. Thank you Dr Green.

I was so very fortunate to have Dr. Green as my cardiac surgeon. He did what most other surgeons would have stepped away from. He virtually saved my life. It has also been my good fortune to know Dr. Green as a friend, very caring and compassionate. University Hospital is very fortunate to have a man of Dr. Greene's calibre. Good luck My friend.

Dr. Green is a true gentleman, most skilled & professional surgeon, Under his care I felt like I was his only patient each time I met with him, each visit with him was most comforting before and after my surgery, I was lucky to have his care. I would highly recommend Dr Green.

Dr Green is a excellent surgeon and he has a great team at upstate hospital . He makes you feel like there is nothing to worry about and he has everything under control very good bedside manor. I would highly recommend him and his team at upstate.

Dr. Green and team saved my life. He even went out of his way to do a non invasive surgery rather than open heart. Really awesome guy and I'll never recommend anyone other than Dr. Green
