I had an appointment at 2:00 PM and it was already 3:00 PM and they hadn't even called me, even though there were other people waiting. They don't know how to schedule appointments and they don't care about wasting people's time as long as they have more patients per day and make more money.

I had scheduled an appointment months in advance. When I arrived, my paperwork was taken immediately, but I had to wait for an hour. Others who came in after me were seen and left, while I continued to wait for the doctor or nurse. I eventually asked when I would be seen I was informed soon. I wanted to reschedule but was told the wait was another two months. When I pressed for more information, they didn't even know which doctor I was supposed to see. I was then told I was next in line, but another patient was taken in before me. Frustrated, I walked out. This facility has terrible customer service and I do not recommend them. Don't use them.

I had chest palpitations and contacted the office at 1 Crossfield Ave, West Nyack. They advised me to come and get the Holter monitor. When arrived for the monitor, they did not provide one for the reason that the nurse left for the day due to family reasons. A new appointment was given three weeks later. Meantime, I was admitted in an Emergency Room for the same health reason. When I arrived for the Holter monitor placement three weeks later, I asked for an early appointment on the reason that I was in ER. They said they did not have an appointment for me. Then I asked to switch the doctor. The receptionist including their supervisor were nasty and went ballistic denying me the request. When I insisted, the so-called supervisor threatened me to write poor comments about me in the chart for all doctors to see. I have more chest palpitations on leaving the office because of their behavior than going into the building. I am a health care worker and have worked with many doctors in the group. The doctors are great, but these receptionists have poor manners and no empathy. They should not work in healthcare until retrained.

Dr. Bangalore Sridharan is excellent. He saved my life, and is very, very caring. Takes his time with patients and phoned my son and thoroughly explained to him the procedure I needed as well as why I needed it. Friends of mine see other doctors there and all are very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Love this office the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The nurses and doctors very professional.
