About Dr. John Reitano
Dr. Reitano is a co-founder of HALI and is Board-Certified in Nuclear Cardiology as well as Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Reitano received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was Phi Beta Kappa. He was also the recipient of the prestigious Steinbugler Biology Award. He received his medical degree from the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine and completed both his internship and residency in internal medicine at NYU Medical Center - Bellevue Hospital. He was Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at New York Veterans Administration Medical Center before joining a large group in Suffolk County. Dr.
