This place sucks! They over book everyday and you lucky if you see you doctor for more than 5 minutes yet bill you for the 15 minutes you're supposed to get. Doctorels are just miney hungry. My doctor didnt even know why he prescribed me a blood pressure medicine which gave me tremors. I have low blood pressure. Go somewhere doctors ACTUALLY care!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star they are rude front thr front desk and back. Have an appointment for what? You do not get seen until 1 hour later if you're lucky. I'll stay in bayshore so much nicer and cleaner. This place is a mess. 27 people in an eating room on a Saturday morning you have no skill of organization.

The non-clinical staff are unprofessional, unaware and insensitive individuals. My doctor is exceptional and that is the only reason I stay. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS OFFICE IS that the people working here clearly have never been directly affected by any type of Cardiac issues so to them it's just a job. * The non-clinical team have no compassion for their job. At the very least, the staff should understand what a heart monitor is, how it records cardiac events and the importance of relaying to a patient how to record a palpitation or some weird feeling they have when wearing the heart monitor. *Non-clinical staff should be provided sensitivity training. There is zero insight that there are people from all walks of life, some patients are neurotypical, some are neurodivergent, some patients are young and some patients are old. Some people in general don't comprehend information as quickly as others. AND when staff are speaking very quickly, some patients such as myself are not processing information that quickly. There is a VERY aggressive lady named Angelica, who should not have a job there based off of how AGGRESSIVE she communicates. She will cause a person to have heart issues. She elevated my heart rate and stress level throughout a recent phone call. No matter what is going on in an employee's personal life, they should be objective with their patients INSTEAD of increasingly getting aggressive and angry with a patient. * If anyone from this office ever reads this review, say to yourself "if I really hate working with people then I should consider finding a job where I am not directly working with people because my lack of compassion negatively impacts somebody's quality of life." If you keep working here and treating patients so poorly, KNOW THAT YOUR TURN IS COMING, whether it be at a doctor's office or wherever - your karma is coming for you.

I have severed ties with this nightmare before my second visit. My only hope is that the incompetant staff doesn't cost someone their life one day. (If it hasn't happened already) When the staff is more empowered than the doctor, you have a serious issues. 1 gave one star to be able to write this.

Worst facility you could ever go to! My father has had nothing but problems.. These people are so incompetent. They told him his insurance wasn't valid and they wouldn't call back to confirm.. we called the insurance company and he's fully paid until next year. Is this anyway to treat a human being that has a heart condition? I will be contacting the news
