My experience was mixed. It was my first time to this office and seeing this Doctor. They forced me to ware a mask which they charge $1 for. While waiting I saw them charging a lady $6 for a Dr's note: cash only sending her to an ATM at 7-Eleven to get cash. Small office in a basement. Staff not very nice. After 2 1/2 hours a got to see the Doctor. She was very nice and gave me good news. In regards to my son's condition And I don't have to see a cardiologist anymore.

Dr. Seifert is my sons cardiologist since he is 1.5 years old. I can't say enough about how much we believe in her. My son is now 19. We are diligent about annual checkups. The care she has provided throughout the years is nothing less than a 5 star review. Yes the wait is long due to this is not treating a cold. Every patient is unique. Her expertise is worth the wait. Would rather give no stars. Honestly if you have an appointment here, get ready to be there at least 2 hours minimum. I'm more appalled by the front desk staff. Extremely rude and nasty. I said I have to leave after 2 hours of waiting and waiting in different rooms. They couldn't care less and looked like deer in the headlights. They said she's ready now..I go back into the room wait another 15 mins. Doctor at the end was very friendly. When I went to leave , I asked for a doctors note for school.. they said I have to pay 1$ which is absurd no doctors should charge for that. The worst part is that I went to apologize for stating how long everything took.. and this nasty girl at the front desk literally snatched the dollar from my hand and closed the window. Based off the front desk reception.. I don't think I can return to a place where people lack moral empathy at all. Cold , and just want money. Seems they like to charge for other things like masks .. which are no longer required. So at the end of the day beware of the rude young women at the front desk. And get ready to spend your day here at the office.

They sell a mask for $1.50 and they service are very bad I don't recommend this office and I lost one little tap and they charge $50 and I don't can pay in debit card they want cash this office is crazy and is crazy I need to waiting 3 hours waiting for attendance

Definitely recommend. The staff and doctor were very understanding, kind, and patient. My daughter, who was 6 months at the time, had a great experience for her first visit.
