Most disgusting rude billing woman(sherry) I have ever encountered as I medical assistant who has been in the field for over 16 years have never had a billing woman talk to a pt the way she spoke to my grandmother and mother. She was harassing my grandmother for 106 dollar telling her if she doesn't come and pay it right now in cash (no checks or money orders)she can no longer be seen after telling my mother the bill went to collections.... If they bills in collections why would we pay u in cash lady make it make sense

The doctors are great but there billing department is basically a scam i was told I had an $80 co pay for my stress test which I paid 6 weeks later when when I went back for the results they told me I owed them an additional $1300 when I pressed them why I had to basically fight to get an explanation they told the girl who told it would be $80 who's name they wouldn't give me made a mistake i said to bad I'm not paid it and I haven't so now they have a lawyer harassing me DON'T GO HERE

I am writing another 5 star review! I am a patient of Dr. Malhotra. He was unavailable and his colleague called me *2 times* to help me out when I was experiencing some unusual symptoms. I appreciate the attention and thorough help of both physicians! In addition, I have issues with math and memory. I did not understand a billing statement. Three of the office staff members spoke to me on the phone, to explain and answer my questions. As a disabled person, I appreciate their patience, kind tone, professionalism, and willingness to help me. Thank you for being ESSENTIAL WORKERS! Much respect! <3

Don't let insurance laps if you have any device implanted. I lost insurance for a few month and then received a bill months after for $4000 in transmission fees of the device. Now my heart is acting up just 3 years after ablation and Dr. Abraham Mozes won't see me until they get full payment. Dr Mozes also said that I wouldn't be responsible for the charges at an follow up visit but now that I need them they want their money.
