MD365 - Shirley

I went for a walk-in visit for a sore throat. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me get checked in quickly. The PA, Katrina was very kind and had excellent bedside manners, which made the visit much more comfortable. The office manager, Dennisse, was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns about my insurance and prescription. She also made sure I was seen promptly so I could catch my train intime for work.

My mother and I had to find a new doctor after our doctor's office closed without notice. Everyone at MD365 was kind and knowledgeable and made the transition easy. Kristin was amazing, she spent a lot of time with us addressing our concerns and even spent the time to review our medical records prior to the appointment. We were uneasy about going to a new doctor's office, but we feel that we made a good decision in picking this provider.

Nurse Practitioner Kristen Monteiro was excellent! Very kind and understanding and the epitome of bedside manner! Though this location isn't the closest to me, I will continue to come back just because of how great she was.

I had never been to MD365 before and the front desk was very helpful in assisting me get an appointment. I was able to see the providers and locations on their website beforehand and was delighted when I was able to get an appointment with Kristen Monteiro, NP. Not only was she thorough but very kind and personable which is something I appreciate in a provider. She asked and answered questions very attentively and didn't make me feel like I was just the next patient on her list. I look forward to my next appointment. There was a wait time like most doctor offices, but the staff was very friendly and updated me when they could which was appreciated as well. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

Every appointment I've had with Michelle at MD365 Shirley has been excellent. She's patient, easy to talk to, and always makes sure I understand everything. The staff is friendly and professional, and the whole visit runs smoothly every time.
