This review is for Danielle Lawson, P.A, at the Saratoga Springs office. My first visit with Danielle was amazing. She actually spent an entire hour with me, answering every question. She listened and was very engaged. I could not ask for a better provider.

Was a bit disappointed that I was unable to bring my spouse in with me. I recently had a stroke, so a second set of ears would be comforting.

My husband had a heart condition and there was no plan, zero follow up. We switched doctors and now have solid tests and a plan. Get a second opinion!!!!

"Thanks" to the Claims and Billing Department... I called concern on a cost of testing due to my high deductibles. I Spoke to a lovely lady Maria Williams who was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nancy a colleague of hers was also very helpful in cost and patient responsibility. I had a complete understanding of the procedure and patients responsibility by the end of my call. They were kind enough to contact my insurance company and speak with them went over and "Above" They both assisted while doing whatever it takes. KUDOS to these lovely ladies thanks for all you do...

I was never able to schedule the appointment as a new patient. It's a first place where the business is not trying to get you in. I was told that no one would even start talking to me before my PCP sends the referral. That was done. In 2 weeks I decided to follow up just to find out that the fax was never received. My doctor resent it again. I called the office to follow up. The secretary told me that she doesn't know if my fax is in there and transferred me to the new patient coordinator's answering machine where I left a couple messages asking if I can deliver my referral in electronic or paper way. No one called back. Then I gave them 24 hours to answer, called again and asked the secretary if anyone is going to call back. The secretary answered, " They will whenever they find a free minute for that." Nobody ever called.
