Dr. Bernard treated my husband in the Saratoga Springs Hospital ER. We had come in with severe neck pain that Urgent Care didn't diagnose correctly. He ran a bunch of tests and it was concluded that my husband had a deep sitting infection in the back of his throat and ear cavity. Dr. Bernard prescribed an anti biotic and after a couple of days my husband started feeling better. Little did we know that he also ordered Lyme disease tests. The results started trickling in a few days after our visit to the ER and they were positive. After consulting with our GP we found out that the antibiotics that Dr. Bernard prescribed to fight the infection are also used to fight Lyme disease. The foresight Dr. Bernard's exhibited is to be commended. So definitely 5 stars from us.
